Refund & Return Policy
Training Courses
Refunds for training courses are available up to 7 days before the start date. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Software Services
Payment for software development services is generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are tied to specific deliverables.
Product Returns
For any physical products or physical course materials, returns are accepted within 15 days if the items are in original, unused condition.
